Westcon Equipment offer complete technical and after sales support from factory trained engineers with many years experience on suppliers machines. Our support includes the following:

Telephone Hotline
Machine downtime can be a serious problem.  Many customers undertake their own maintenance and Westcon attach great importance to a clear operating manual with detailed parts lists and pictures.  If the manuals are not sufficient, there is our telephone hotline. Engineers and technicians support the operator in case of operating problems or smaller repair work.  If necessary direct contact can be made with the people who originally designed and built the machine.  They help with the trouble-shooting and they help the customer to have the machine running again.


Many customers want differing levels of service support and Westcon are able to offer packages to suit most customers.  This can range from occasional support for difficult electrical problems through to regular servicing and finally, a fully comprehensive maintenance package.

Our support includes the following:

  • Training on delivery for operators and maintenance people if appropriate
  • Detailed operators manual which includes maintenance and parts schedules
  • Telephone hotline to answer on the spot questions relating to the operation or maintenance of the machine.
  • Engineer call out for technical problems
  • Annual overhaul service to prepare the machine for a new season
  • Contract maintenance arrangement based on the hourly usage

Good service is vital for the continuous running of the machines and for low cost running.  In addition, regular servicing maintains the warranty and will add to the resale value of the machine.
